VICE & VIRTUE SUBMISSIONS

Welcome to vice & virtue submissions, one of the major mechanics of our game! Here players can submit any thread with at least five comments from their character which involve characters indulging in a vice or virtue. It does not have to be the vice and virtue pair to which they or their thread partner is assigned and we are very open to interpretation of the vices and virtues. For example, Bob buys Alice a taco. This could be considered participating in an act of charity and could be submitted for that. Or maybe you're playing Alice and she's eating the taco, which could be an act of gluttony (or greed. or lust. the world is your oyster here). We are willing to accept pretty much any explanation here that even kind of passes for making sense so don't stress about it too much.

These submissions are what determine which half of a vice and virtue pair is currently in power and will effect our event prompts from month to month. You are required to submit at least one thread to this system per month as part of our AC (a thread used for AC may also be used for your vice & virtue submission).

ICly participating in any vice or virtue act (by wide interpretation) will net a character credits to their account (though significantly fewer than participating in Amplitheater events). OOCly submitting these threads will net you 1 ac rewards point per submission which can then be used at our ac rewards page. Comments are unscreened at the end of the month.

REASONING: Bakugo and Akechi end up battling against ghostly pirates who attacked them, though their battle in self-defense quickly escalated into trashing the pirates, with Bakugo ultimately blowing up the pirates' entire ship in anger.

REASONING: Bakugo saves Lio from getting captured by pirates, then both disables the pirates' ship and takes Lio to safety, which lies in the theme of being a hero.

REASONING: Bakugo finds Izuku being tempted to trade his soul to a sea witch for a collector's item. He promptly stops him from doing so before dragging him off and barking at him for even thinking about it. Could be charity, but he showed restraint in not getting tempted himself and in not upbraiding Izuku even harder for it.

REASONING: Bakugo arrives and watches the memory of his first loss against Izuku, showcasing his pride from before, but realizing the humility he's matured into over the year. A reflection of pride to humility.

REASONING: Bakugo angrily texts Izuku about the other boy's dream-walking power inadvertently used on Bakugo at night.

We do count each thread as one thing total. We have provisionally put the thread in our Pride tally as it was listed first but if you would like us to change that please let us know!

Thanks! This is a pretty neat mechanic for the game, so I'm looking forward to getting used to it.

I figured it was a "one v or v" per thread, but honestly wasn't sure which it fit into more, so I listed both and was gonna leave it up to you guys to decide. Otherwise, yeah, feel free to take the first-listed one!
